It takes its intense green olive fruit scent from fresh Aegean herbs such as chicory, watercress and cibes, accompanied by notes of green tomato, green tea and green banana peel. The amount of polyphenols of 130 or more is in the Premium Olive Oil category. The polyphenol content of Ethem Bey Olive Oils has been determined as 303 by the accredited laboratory.

Tasting notes: Ethem Bey olive oil is the most original version of Ayvalık variety. This olive oil has green olive fruitiness accompanying notes of Aegean herbs, green tomato, green tea, skin of green banana. In the mouth it feels like tasting an olive oil with medium bitterness and pungency.
