Dr. Dilşen Oktay has been a wholesale producer and a supplier to Turkey's best-known companies for many years. The North Aegean olive groves, which she inherited from her grandfather Ethem Bey, are now her own brand’s core.  

 

She started the process of creating her own brand in 2010 and after a great deal of work and R&D, she registered the name of her brand as Ethem Bey Olive Oils around the end of 2012 and the entrepreneur met the consumer in 2015. The high quality olive oil she produced, gained the appreciation of both the consumers and the global olive oil enthusiasts in a very short time. Ethem Bey Olive Oils continues to multiply its success with every single award it has been receiving.
