It is a superior quality olive oil that has been collected from the olive gardens of Ethem Bey, from Ayvalık olives before the olives mature, with a maximum acidity of 0.34 in terms of oleic acid, obtained only by mechanical processing. The amount of polyphenols of 130 or more is in the Premium Olive Oil category. The amount of polyphenols in Ethem Bey Olive Oils was determined as 303 by the accredited laboratory.

 

Tasting notes: Ethem Bey olive oil is the most original version of Ayvalık variety. This olive oil has green olive fruitiness accompanying notes of Aegean herbs, green tomato, green tea, skin of green banana. In the mouth it feels like tasting an olive oil with medium bitterness and pungency.
